I wouldn't put my faith in this company; they're all about fraud. They don't get back to you and just abandon the project halfway through. Seriously, don't believe all those reviews; they seem bought. I'm really fed up because I've been waiting for three months on a project, and after two months, they only managed to address one issue.

If you're in the UK and need tech products, this is the place to check out. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. Royal Mail misplaced my order, but Tech Panda quickly sent a replacement via UPS and even refunded my shipping costs after I mentioned how pricey it was for such a small item (those high shipping fees seem designed to push you to spend over £100 for free delivery, a common online shopping tactic).

I should mention that the initial shipping speed was a bit slow; it took a week to get a gaming mouse. But hey, they did say they’re a new company with limited staff, so I can understand.

The item I purchased was £80 (20%) less expensive here than anywhere else, so I shot them an email to ask about stock and when it could ship out - got a response in just 15 minutes! They had it in stock and were ready to send it out that very day. Then, I received another email letting me know it had been dispatched and might arrive sooner than I thought (considering it was the two-day jubilee bank holiday, I figured it would show up the following week) - but it arrived on Saturday! Awesome! I’ll definitely be back next time.

To start, I purchased two laptops that were already the lowest prices I could find. They showed up the very next day, and the delivery cost was the same as what other sites charge for 3-5 days.

I reached out right after placing my order to see if I could get the serial numbers of the laptops before they were shipped. Andy was super helpful and got me the serial numbers the same day I ordered, which was a huge help for me.

I’m super pleased with my experience at Tech Panda.
